“Very quick postage. Good condition plants and well wrapped. Much cheaper than leafenvy and I have been impressed after having doubts re plants by post. No worries. Will pass the word on.”

“I ordered a plant pot but unfortunately it was broken when it arrived. Hortology were extremely good about it and sent me a replacement but that was also broken when it arrived. I don't know whether the courier was at fault or whether the packaging was inadequate. Hortology have refunded my money without any quibble though.”

“Order arrived in time and safely. Well packaged (perhaps a bit too much packaging!). A bit disappointed with one of the pots, it looked pretty different colour-wise compared to what was on the site given that we paid £100+ for it. Reached out to the company they basically said it's just accepted there's variation. Overall an okay experience but more pricey compared to some other options.”

“The plants we received were of excellent quality, both pot-filling and bursting with health. The plant pots were also good quality and as described, we wanted a subtle matt white and Sven fits the bill. We were impressed that the team noticed that one plant and pot we had ordered were not matching in size. This was deliberate as one pot was for a plant we already had and one plant was for a pot we already had. We could have made a mistake though and we were pleased to notice that the Hortology team really cared about our purchases. We would recommend Hortology and we'll be back for more....”

“Still haven’t actually received my goods which I ordered on the 19th January. . . . I wish you could get hold of hortology directly and not via the shipping companies. Would be good if someone could tell me when to expect this plant. I hope it’s not dead!!!!!”
