“I received an email from Hortology to say the pot I ordered was the last available and it was damaged, so I could order a replacement or wait until a new supply arrived. I ordered an alternative and the response was positive. I'm very happy with this supplier. I've used them many times and am always impressed.”

“I placed an order and Hortology did contact me to say the pots were slightly faulty, so I was able to order something else. Pots are always of good quality and I think the pot liners are brilliant. I would like Hortology to sell the plastic pots themselves to fit into the liners, not always easy to get the right size from garden centres.”

“Absolutely fantastic plants! They all arrived in very good health, and actually looked better than the photos. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that they used an awful lot of plastic packaging. I hope they change this as otherwise it is faultless!”

“Lovely plants and pots. Was emailed to check I was happy with the height of a plant. My issue is that they use DHL who only emailed me on the the morning of the day they were delivering. The driver left 3 large boxes in front of the door in view of everyone on the street when no one was in, instead of coming back the next day to try and re-deliver. I find this poor delivery on a day we were out all day”

“Ordering is really great. I have pets so knowing which plants are okay for them helped a lot in my decison making. I was surprised by how quickly my plant was discovered, and it was in good condition. I would say that the packaging is excessive, but I understand the need to protect the plant.”
