“Rally good quality plant pot, far better than we expected however despite us checking the measurements we were unable to use it for the intended plant due to the thickness of the pots walls. The shape and wall thickness made the pot smaller than expected but it’s to nice to return so we are keeping it .”

“I love hortology, they rear wonderfully strong beautiful plants. The packaging is excellent, even the craziest delivery person ( not that's a thing of course) cannot damage them. The whole service from purchase to delivery is smooth, efficient and friendly.they aren't cheap, but then neither is any first class service Worth every penny, thank you team Hortology 😁”

“I was looking for a plant for a place on my staircase with a decent amount of overhead light, but no direct light. Hortology had a suitable plant and sent it to me promptly. It was very carefully packed so that not a leaf was damaged in transit.”

“Purchased a golden pothos which fits in a pot with a 16cm opening as well as a pot with a 16cm opening. They arrived fairly quickly but the plant did not fit in the pot, which was disappointing to say the least. The pothos is great though, but it's a shame I had to go out and buy another pot to fit it in”

“Delivery driver handed me the plant upside down - despite the packaging saying "this way up" with arrows. I heard the plant matter falling around inside the box - quickly corrected the delivery driver and made it the right way round. Plant was slightly damaged inside once opened. Hopefully nothing long term or that a bit of growing won't fix.”

Hi William Thank you for your review. You order was mainly plants and pots from us, all of which were all grown or made in Europe which has confused us somewhat? We do offer some accessories that are sourced from China such as atomisers and other accessories. However if you are unhappy with the items you have purchased you are welcome to return them for refund. Your Hortology Team

“First purchase from Hortology, no plants yet but will be working on it. It was mainly Plant care accessories and one new plant pot. Delivery was swift and efficient. It was well packaged, which meant everything arrived safely, especially with the new plant pot. Would certainly recommend them and will be using them again soon.”
