“Whilst I thought the plant had arrived well packaged, within a week of having the plant I noticed three of the branches has snapped so quite a lot of the leaves had died and had to be cut off. It’s now a lot smaller than it was when I had paid for a large plant, but hopefully it will grow back.”

Hi Sabrina, Thank you for your order and review. The Pachira Aquatica is prone to damage in transit, unfortunately due to its very fragile stems and foliage. Despite our best efforts to protect the plant during its journey we are aware that some leaf loss and stem damage is likely and we therefore explain this on the product page https://hortology.co.uk/products/pachira-aquatica-indoor-money-tree , as we would rather be up front that this will happen. This small amount of damage also doesn't affect the plants health. Fortunately this plant is really fast growing and responds well to pruning. “Advice about plants before buying is very useful. Plants and pots came in great condition and promptly. All in all a good experience. The only reservation (and what prevented a 5-star rating) is that the suggested pot size for each plant was not always accurate.”

“I've always received fantastic quality plants from Hortology and have happily recommended them among friends. My last order however, the plants came quite thoroughly squashed. I suspect this was the shipping company. I did complain and was promptly sent replacements. I'm pleased with the outcome and willingness to sort the problem with no undue quibbling! “The team was amazing first of all. It was when we had the cold spell, & they said they'd wait to deliver the rubber plant for which I am thankful. They also helped me decide on a plant pot & liner. She's very happy where she is, not too hot & not too cold. Thank you for all of your help & I'm sure she'll grow to be beautiful! 🪴”
