“Items arrived in good condition, although some of the plants had spilled soil around inside. The plant pots ordered had an excessive amount of packing included which could have been reduced.”

“I am extremely satisfied with the service and products at Hortology. I wanted to purchase a plant as a housewarming gift for my sister-in-law and the customer service representative was very responsive and helpful. “The pots are colourful, solid and huge - bigger than I expected despite the sizing information because they have thick walls. The plants will love them, I am concerned about the weight on the floorboards so I expect that they will remain outside for an apricot and a lemon tree to grow in. It was a bit of a wait before delivery but the driver was very kind and helped me check that there was no damage despite cars being held up in the lane.”
