“Excellent pot but liner purchased in addition was of no use in the pot. Used polythene bag it was wrapped in instead!!”

“We love the products. We love the concept. We love the plants. However, we have been very disappointed by transport and delivery. We ordered twice and in both cases, the plants were damaged. All the granules were outside the pot and the roots were damaged. This has led each time to part of the plant dying. I warmly recommend you redesign how the plants are packaged and delivered.”

“Excellent customer service but sadly my plant had quite a few brown leaves when it arrived. I’m not sure if it was manhandled in transit but I’m hoping I can revive it.”

“I can’t recommend more highly, the help and assistance I had. Any questions were answered, not generically, but a genuine reply, and if I was unsure about the application of anything that I was advised to use, I didn’t feel that I was going to apply something that wasn’t right. Fantastic support, and I would highly recommend this service.”

We have detailed plant care guides available on our website for each plant and are also available for support and care tips if you have any concerns. You will find specific details for your Ficus here: https://hortology.co.uk/products/ficus-benjamina-danielle-weeping-fig-house-plant-branched Your plant may not thrive in a greenhouse if it is exposed to direct sunlight, as this will scorch its leaves and it will not be able to cope with temperatures above 24deg maximum. These plants tend to drop their leaves rapidly if they are unhappy. If this happens, try moving the plant to another location, somewhere with bright filtered light is ideal. Once you can find the right place where your Ficus is settled, leave it there.... they do not like being moved too often! “So glad I found the site. I was looking for specific plants that could cope with shade and the site gives great information. Delivery was very quick. “I have the most beautiful dracaena from hortology. easily the best houseplant I've ever owned. the water level gauge stuck, but I was immediately sent a replacement. glorious plant and great service.”

“Excellent healthy plants, pots lovely quality and delivery extra fast and packaged really well. My partner on the other hand bought a plant from M&$..and the plant and the pot were totally ruined inside the packaging.”
