Hi Eve Thank you for your feedback. As a general rule we do not part ship orders unless specifically requested to do so. Given the size of our parcels and also that many contain a plant and pot, we have found that most customers preference is to receive the order all together. Your order included a large planter that we do not hold in stock. This was shown on the website as being a "special order" item with a 1-2 week lead time and a message to confirm that your order would be dispatched once all have all items in stock. Should you choose to purchase from us again and wish to arrange a part shipment of your order, please do get in touch and we can arrange that for you subject to availability. “Big Ken (the Kentia plant) joined us more than 2 weeks ago. Its standing super strong and lovely. My only little snag is that the leaves were still dirty when they arrived so i had to wipe them all.... other than that, beautiful and strong. I set up the plant by following online instructions. It would have been easier if there was a QR code on the box. Great quality and abso enjoying the view of big Ken in our livingroom.”

“Lovely pot although I struggled to find a plant to fit inside it. Either too big or too small. The opening of the pot was a lot smaller than the measurements shown on website therefore making it difficult. I found myself going a round my garden centre trying different plants with no luck! Still looking ….”

The dimensions on our website are the widest point of the pot eg 13cm x the height eg 12cm, you can see the opening diameter of each pot as you hover over the size button and immediately underneath the size option buttons as each is selected, we also have a size guide here: https://hortology.co.uk/pages/plant-pot-size-guide-for-houseplants Openings are typically smaller than the widest point when it comes to the round/globe shaped pots.
