“Plants arrived promptly and were in great condition. The pots were great too. Only knocked off a star because the largest plant’s moss poll was too small so we had to buy a taller one. I’d certainly use Hortology again though, with hesitation”

“I ordered a number of pots and two plants. Everything arrived well packed. The pots lived up to the on line photos and I’m really pleased with them. The plants were healthy and very full in their hanging pots. Definitely will use them again.”

“Plants were delivered within good time. Excellent value for money compared to another place I had bought the Ficus bambino from. Only that the supporting bamboo stems punctured the leaves.”

“I love the plant pots I bought. The only issue I have is I would like to buy a few other sizes in the same design but they're not in stock!! 😭 Love them though, they're great quality and absolutely beautiful”

“Plants arrived heathy, with good root system and well packaged. It took a bit longer to dispatch than I'd have liked, but it does state that when ordering (Covid related)”

“I had an issue with my initial order, which the delivery company failed to deliver to the correct address. Customer service from Hortology was very quick and supportive, and when they couldn't resolve the issue with the delivery company, they sent me another order (which actually ended up being a bigger plant as my original order was out of stock) free of charge, with priority shipping and refunded me the delivery cost. Brilliant customer service, so thank you! I will however say that the actual packaging wasn't the best: my plant was simply taped into its cover pot, and it had almost turned itself over in its pot during postage, hence the 4 star rating. Luckily, nothing was damaged, but if it wasn't a trailing plant, it might have been another story!”

“Lovely quality pots and plants, very happy with purchase! Also very impressed by quality of packaging and delivery - all very well wrapped and secure. Only comment is that it would be helpful if the plant pots would come with internal plastic pots as it's hard to find the correct size at home, especially for some of the smaller, more unique shaped pots.”

Hi Liza Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. Many of our pots have liners that can be added directly from the product page.
