“Fast delivery. The vase and the colours are just like the photos. The measures on the website are accurate. The only fault is a small chip on the rim of the vase.”

Hi Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do need a certain amount of protective packaging that to ensure our pots arrive intact. Being fragile ceramic they need a sufficient level of cushioning and protection to avoid damage in transit. We have spent a lot of time testing and developing our packaging to ensure this is optimal, both from a protective but also an environmental perspective. Any less and the breakage rate increases significantly, resulting in more packaging to resend a new item to our customer and more fuel to deliver etc. Please be assured our packaging is all made from recycled material and is fully recyclable. “The plant I ordered was beautiful but it’s delivery was delayed because I chose the wrong sized pot. The pot issue was sorted by email, but I would have preferred to have done it by a quick phone call”

“Plant mother here! Or at least trying to be haha! Anyway brilliant service and delivery, quality of the products is great, but I wish I could see an ‘actual size’ type of image where it shows how large a plant pot is in comparison to something else, like picture the pot on a shelf or something next to something everyone has in the home, like a kettle. Just a thought.”
