“The pots are really nice, and feel like they are good quality. One pot wasn't quite as vibrant in colour as I was expecting but is still really nice. Shipping and delivery was relatively quick also, and everything was well packaged.”

“Excellent product quality. Delivery took a while, which on one hand can be forgiven due to COVID etc, however delivery from other companies hasn’t taken nearly as long as this did.... it was worth the wait though.”

“I ordered 2 pots and a large fern plant. The Hortology site allows you to easily choose the sizes you need. The pots are beautiful as is the fern, very healthy and lush. Everything arrived safe and sound carefully wrapped. I'm planning on using Hortology to buy a birthday gift soon.”

“Love my pots, they are just as expected. Only downpoint for me was the amount of packaging (even though recycled) was a large box for 2 pots and a few other small items jam packed with about 10 meters of brown paper packaging. Was very overkill.”

Hi Kathleen Thank you for your review. We monitor our packing techniques regularly in order to optimise the amount of packaging used compared to the chances of damage in transit. Whereas it may seem that we use quite a lot of protective packaging, unfortunately this is usually what is required in order to ensure the pots arrive with you safely. We prefer to use recycled packaging rather than bubble wrap. Kind regards Hortology Team

“Products are very good. The plant pots look stylish and durable. Packaging was excellent. The only reason for 4* is the delivery time. If you are happy to wait then you won't be disappointed.”

Hi Thank you for your review. We are experiencing delays in processing orders currently as we have had to introduce steps to ensure the team remain safe during this CV pandemic.
