“Second time I have purchased a voucher for a friend, and they have been very happy with it. Only difficulty was finding the vouchers on the website - they were not clearly signposted so I had to google”

“I was impressed with the quality of the plants I received. Ordering them online made it much easier to find the plants I wanted i.e. those that were pet-safe and shade loving. I will definitely be ordering more house plants in the future. They did take over 7 days to be delivered, however in the current climate a delay is to be expected.”

“My order took some time to be dispatched but once I got the dispatch confirmation email, I received the parcel next day. The parcel was securely packed and my plant looked healthy when arrive.”

“very happy with the plant pots and plant I ordered. Excellent quality and although the delivery time was affected by the current Covid-19 pandemic, once they arrived in good state, it was lovely. Thank you.”

“Love the pots I ordered, the quality is great. There was a tiny bit of damage to the largest pot, but it's so small that I am not really bothered by it. Can barely see it unless right up close. The delivery driver actually waited whilst I checked the contents of the box as well, as he had mentioned it had taken a knock earlier in the day and was worried something may have gotten broken. Impressed with the level of honesty and would love to order from Hortology again.”
