“Staff are very helpful and friendly. Processed the order quickly and were very prompt with responses. Shona especially was brilliant, she made sure my order was right for me and even provided pictures to help with my decision as the original plants and pots I ordered together were not quite right. Hello Masa, Thank you for your feedback, I can see you ordered some quite slow growing plants. Theoretically, these shouldn't need repotting immediately and will be quite happy as they are. Though should you wish to grow the plants in terms of their size and foliage then repotting is definitely the best option. “Great delivery time but plants were horribly squashed. Packaging was horrendously done: tape across leaves meaning my spider plants were all ruined. I’ve only given 2 stars for the delivery but I won’t be buying from them again and would not recommend. There are better web plant sellers out there…”
