“Recently bought a palm plant and pot for my lounge, the whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent , the quality of both the pot and plant is fantastic. We'll done will definitely use Hortology again.”

“I received lovely, healthy plants from Hortology. I also bought two pots at the same time, not meant for the plants in the same order. I was appreciative when Hortology contacted me to check to see that I knew that the plants wouldn't fit the pots. It is this level of care that will keep customers returning. Thank s so much.”

“Excellent communication. All the items I ordered arrived in perfect condition and the ordered plant was protected very well. Pictures matched as well. I made a mistake when placing my order but customer services (Sandra) fixed my error very efficiently.”

“Wouldn’t recommend the service. I order a plant with a pot for my boyfriends birthday. Even though the expected delivery was on his bday, the flower came way later and spoiled the gift. The company did not communicate anything about lacking inventory or anything. In general, very poor communication and service.”

If the order is fully in stock we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days and most deliveries are sent on a next working day service (subject to remote areas). “Very nice, healthy plant, just as advertised. I didn't like that it was despatched on a Friday, although it did, in fact, arrive Saturday morning - whether because I contacted the company and the delivery firm or because the delivery firm is conscientious, I don't know. But the plant is lovely!”

“The website was easy to use. The site information about the size of pot I needed was excellent. My pot arrived well packed and quickly and I’m extremely happy with my pot. It’s the perfect size and is exactly what I expected. Would recommend Hortology.”

“Really good service overall. Delivery was prompt and the flower was well protected inside the packaging. I do feel the pot I received is smaller than the measurements I had chosen, but maybe it's an issue on my end as I was a first time plant buyer.”
