“Unfortunately, my package was not treated well by the courier and my pot arrived broken. However, Hortology's customer service was amazing and immediately dispatched another pot, delivered express, and were utterly sympathetic and professional about the whole situation. The new, unbroken pot is beautiful!”

“Beautiful plants and pots, timely delivery. Would purchase from again due to this but way, WAY too much packaging. Appreciate that some items are delicate but the sheer amount of packaging is surely unnecessary (have had equally delicate items delivered with much less packaging). The items themselves, however, live up to expectations so would order again.”

“I placed an order for a large plant pot, but received an e-Mail saying that you only had one that size left and it was damaged. They sent photos and offered to dispatch it at a reduced rate if I would still like it or otherwise it would be a 2 month wait. As the damage was very noticeable I decided to choose another style and was advised of the appropriate liner. All very well managed and having received the Evi instead of the Cresta, I think it is actually the better choice. They are arranging repayment of the difference in price, so very pleased for everything. Well done.”
