“Excellent service and great quality plants. I also bought some pots, which are lovely. I made a mistake with the size of pots for the plants I bought, so they contacted me to query this. I think the explanation of plant to pot size could improve , but great company.”

“The plant selection is very good and the quality of plants I ordered were also very good. Arrived in good condition although quite a few damaged leaves which can’t be helped. Delivery was fast as well.”

“Great to be able to get this type of plant online, very robust packaging and tracked accurate delivery time. Plant appears very healthy but one leaf was badly creased / bent double (couldn't have been from the packaging as ample height given) hopefully will heal in time. I fail to see the logic of an included plastic "liner pot" sized 11 x 8cm when the growing pot is actually much bigger at 16cm; it did not appear that this at 99p was optional at the checkout but is entirely useless of course, just add an extra £1 to the plant price? Otherwise a good experience”

“Hortology were great and extremely helpful and the plant is beautiful. I made an error in the address details that I provided, which they sorted with no fuss. 5 stars except: They were badly let down by their delivery partner (APC) who left the plant with a neighbour but with no notification to us... and a website that didnt work... so we had to contact Hortology to get them to tell us where the plant had been left.”

“Very good collection of pots and plants, all arrived well packaged. Possibly a bit well packaged in the case of the plants which were a bit squashed in places. Also please can you switch to a non plastic tape to hold the plants in place.”

“Plant and ceramic pots arrived very well packaged and were of good quality. The plastic inserts however were less satisfactory. One needed cutting down despite purchasing the advised size, and the second was so flimsy, that the cut off bottom of a two litre drinks bottle would’ve been as good. Buy the plants and pots, don’t bother with the liners.”

“2 out of 3 pots were really lovely. Third I didn’t like but the return cost means it’s not worth sending it back. Returns aren’t free which is a pity as I’d use them more if they were.”

“2 plants arrived in quite perfect shape although golden pothos had one of the bigger branches broken when it arrived so that made a big impact on the health and appearance of the plant.”

“Overall it was good- I’ve bought online before and it was quite similar with the standards in terms of size and price, but the difference was free delivery options compared to other online choices. The protection from transport was impressive however- well done! If it was free delivery or promotions like 5for3 etc then I would of given it 5stars. I would buy again if I found a plant that I couldn’t find elsewhere.”

“The service Hortology provided was excellent. The 3 pots I ordered were very well made, although a little smaller than I expected, but I was very pleased with them. The pot liners however were a total waste of money, I didn't use them at all. The liners were made of a very cheap plastic & didn't fit the pots well at all, if I had used them my plants would have lost an awful lot of space both horizontally & vertically, if it wasn't for this I would have given 5 out of 5.”

“My plant pot is lovely, just like on the website, the packaging I'm not quite so sure about, the box it came in was way too big, I thought I'd been sent a plant as well! Maybe something could be done about that.”

“IVE ONLY EVER HAD REAL PLANTS BUT CAT KEEPS EATING THEM HENCE THE NEED FOR THIS PLANT. PRICE WAS REASONABLE WITH SPEEDY DELIVERY BUT DO HAVE ONE THING THAT NIGGLES ME. PICTURE OF PLANT LOOKS GREAT BUT THE ACTUAL PLANT THAT ARRIVED WAS A BUT SPARSE ON THE LEAVES SO DONT KNOW IF I EXPECT TOO MUCH OR MAYBE PICTUE HAI 2 PLANTS IN POT.”

“I didn’t know about this website, and it popped up when doing a google. Love my plants regardless of situation, and was really surprised at the range of plants on offer, AND the pots to put the plants in, and really quite affordable. The information is very informative, I have pets so have to be mindful of what I can buy. Took the plunge and bought two plants, and my initial order did take a while to be sent, not sure whether this was due to availability, chose plants that were available. That aside, the plants received were incredibly healthy well package, and now look lovely in my lounge 😊I love large leafed plants and will definitely be ordering more plants from hortology. Would definitely recommend.”
