“2 plants arrived in quite perfect shape although golden pothos had one of the bigger branches broken when it arrived so that made a big impact on the health and appearance of the plant.”

“Overall it was good- I’ve bought online before and it was quite similar with the standards in terms of size and price, but the difference was free delivery options compared to other online choices. The protection from transport was impressive however- well done! If it was free delivery or promotions like 5for3 etc then I would of given it 5stars. I would buy again if I found a plant that I couldn’t find elsewhere.”

“The service Hortology provided was excellent. The 3 pots I ordered were very well made, although a little smaller than I expected, but I was very pleased with them. The pot liners however were a total waste of money, I didn't use them at all. The liners were made of a very cheap plastic & didn't fit the pots well at all, if I had used them my plants would have lost an awful lot of space both horizontally & vertically, if it wasn't for this I would have given 5 out of 5.”

“My plant pot is lovely, just like on the website, the packaging I'm not quite so sure about, the box it came in was way too big, I thought I'd been sent a plant as well! Maybe something could be done about that.”

“IVE ONLY EVER HAD REAL PLANTS BUT CAT KEEPS EATING THEM HENCE THE NEED FOR THIS PLANT. PRICE WAS REASONABLE WITH SPEEDY DELIVERY BUT DO HAVE ONE THING THAT NIGGLES ME. PICTURE OF PLANT LOOKS GREAT BUT THE ACTUAL PLANT THAT ARRIVED WAS A BUT SPARSE ON THE LEAVES SO DONT KNOW IF I EXPECT TOO MUCH OR MAYBE PICTUE HAI 2 PLANTS IN POT.”

“I didn’t know about this website, and it popped up when doing a google. Love my plants regardless of situation, and was really surprised at the range of plants on offer, AND the pots to put the plants in, and really quite affordable. The information is very informative, I have pets so have to be mindful of what I can buy. Took the plunge and bought two plants, and my initial order did take a while to be sent, not sure whether this was due to availability, chose plants that were available. That aside, the plants received were incredibly healthy well package, and now look lovely in my lounge 😊I love large leafed plants and will definitely be ordering more plants from hortology. Would definitely recommend.”

“The plant and pot were delivered on time and were of perfect quality! I totally recommend this service! My only comment would be that the plant didn't match the pot size, even though I looked up the dimensions. It would be nice if, when ordering a plant, I could get suggestions for pots that would match that plant. Overall a great experience!”

“By far the nicest collection of plants and pots of the options I investigated. Plants arrived as described, well-packed and healthy. Slight hiccup that one of the plants I ordered turned out to no longer be in stock with their growers but they were proactive in contacting me and asking how I’d like to proceed (e went ahead with the remainder). Refund for missing plant quickly arranged and issued.”

“The pot itself is absolutely stunning. A piece of art in its own right. HOWEVER, I was not very happy about the ordering process. When you are ordering on a mobile device (and this may even be true for desktop/laptop orders), you go to pay, then see: - The item - The price - Different options to pay I chose to pay by Apple Pay and the order was placed. However, it is not until you see the 'Thanks for your order' screen, that you see the final price. After the fact, I saw a pot price, a delivery fee and VAT added, raising the price quite a bit higher than the price I thought I was paying. I would not have minded paying the final price for the pot IF I'd have known what the total was before I paid. It really is all in the communications.”

“I ordered three plants, two dracaenas and a fern. They came in three days, we’ll packaged and fast. There was only minor damages to some leaves on the fern and one of the dracaenas but nothing too noticeable. I’m new to plant buying and have found that flower markets sell large plants for cheaper but I am happy with the convenience of ordering from hortology too since I don’t drive and my favourite flower market is so far from me. I also bought a 21cm plastic pot with drainage holes which is what I came to the site to buy in the first place haha, I’m happy I added to my cart before checkout to make the delivery fee worth it 😁”
