“I really needed a company that I could trust to obtain a really important present for someone. Hilliers took my order and it arrived promptly in good condition. The only negative thing I have to say is that the packaging was worn and the polystyrene insert had signs of wear and tear (as if the product had been handled in the past) I managed to fix it up a bit and the product itself was in good condition so I had no concerns there. I'd have given the company 'very good' if the packaging had have been in better condition. But it really doesn't affect the quality of the product and the speedy, reliable service.”

“The initial price of the Mondaine clock was very competitive but then I noticed an additional 10% discount running during May which made it a steal, although it could be argued that the rrp price is excessive. The packaging was very thorough and delivery quick, thank you. I can certainly recommend Hilliers.”

“Due to lockdown contacted Hilliers by email and telephone. Had a slight problem ordering on line but Lewis Hillier was extremely helpful and dealt with my order over the telephone. The watch arrived very quickly, carefully packaged, and was exactly what I wanted. Although I live in South Devon, quite some diatance from Hilliers, I will certainly buy from them in the future if they have what I am looking for. Ten out of ten Hilliers.”

“Ordered a Mondaine wall clock. Very competitive price (cheaper than Amazon) and very speedy delivery. The clock is excellent. What's not to like? Would not hesitate to use Hilliers again.”

“Ordered a watch as a surprise Fathers Day present. Easy to use website and arrived in a couple of days. Fantastic service in lockdown. On top of that it was £50 cheaper than other jewelers. Can’t wait to see his face.”
