“I ordered a pair of sunglasses online, but fortunately it was noticed by Tom before dispatch that they were faulty. He was extremely apologetic and could not of been more helpful to rectify the situation. Alas he was unable to complete my order but for his attitude and customer care I award each of my stars and for that shall return.”

“I was initially cautious about using a new company online, but I would be happy to recommend Hilliers. I paid easily using PayPal, they delivered my new watch when they said they would, and I paid about £50 less for my Swatch than anywhere else I could find.”

“I purchased a Lacoste watch from Hillier Independent Jewellers (online) a couple of weeks ago at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, due to a technical error, I was unable to buy the watch as it was out of stock. I received an email from Tom Feeney apologising for the error, offering me a free upgrade or a full refund. I opted for an upgrade and promptly received a higher specification Lacoste watch. I spoke to Adam Hillier on the telephone, who was also a very obliging gentleman. 10/10 for customer service. I would have no hesitation recommending Hillier Independent Jewellers to my friends and family/making future purchases myself :-) Thank you.”

“Always a little wary about ordering online from somewhere I don't know. However not only did I get the gift 20% cheaper than anywhere else, it arrived promptly and I was informed of its progress all the way. I would not hesitate to buy from Hillier Jewellers again.”
