“You have sent me a review email and I haven't even received the item I bought. It was meant to be delivered by the 07th of December I keep getting told it will arrive in the next couple of days. Not impressed”

Hi Mel, As discussed on the phone with yourself the ring is on its way to us. Due to delays with the essay office in hallmarking the ring we were not able to ship the order when we ordinarily would. I have had it confirmed that the ring will be with us tomorrow as advised on our call I will ship this as soon as it arrives so should be with you by Saturday. Specially made to order items such as this have suffered some delays due to the effects of Covid-19 regulations and we are doing our utmost to have orders shipped on time. Sadly on this occasion this wasn’t possible due to the issues caused by the delay with with essay office. My apologies again for the additional time your order has taken. The last thing we want as a company is to have our customers wait longer than we would like for their orders to be shipped and delivered. We are doing all we can under extremely difficult circumstances to ensure customers are inconvenienced as little a possible.

“I'm always a little sceptical about spending a lot even when using my credit card with someone I've never dealt with before, especially as the watch was so much cheaper at Hilliers than ANYONE else, but I took the plunge and treated myself to a beautiful Citizen "Red Arrows" watch which was over £150 cheaper than ANY other retailer. Great price, extremely rapid delivery and well packaged. I'll certainly be using Hilliers Jewelers again.”
