“I bought a Citizen Bullhead limited edition watch on line for my husband and had superb and very prompt service despite it being Christmas and during COVID-19. Very competitive pricing and when I called with a query the staff were friendly and very helpful.”

“I would definetely recommend Hilliers Jewellers, Lewis especially has excellent customer service skills. I had a bit of a mix up with an order which wasn't even their fault it was down to royal mail but Lewis sorted it out very quickly and his excellent service got me my goods quickly and in time for Christmas. Can't thank them enough”

“Ordered my new Seiko SNJ025P1 Arnie from Hillier’s I couldn’t beat the price anywhere and although the £50 discount code I had expired between my adding it to my basket and actually purchasing it, Hillier’s honoured it once I contacted them Their communication throughout was excellent and I would highly recommend”
