“Pleasantly surprised with after sales customer support! I initially purchased a watch that I really liked but way too big when I tried it on. I contacted them to say that I will returning the watch but would like to purchase my option 2. They promptly replied and assisted. I now have my first automatic Seiko watch. With my naivety about automatic watch, I did not wear regularly as it is not my main watch so it stopped working. Contacted Hilliers again and they promptly replied and assisted. My takeaway is that they promptly reply and help. One happy customer :o)”

“Ordered online which was an easy process and purchased a watch at a really good price, there was a delay in delivery but this was due to Royal Mail strikes however delighted with item when it did arrive, well packaged and arrived in immaculate condition. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them”

“I cannot thank Hillier's jewellers enough for there considerate support in purchasing the most beautiful meaningful gift meant for my mother in law who is currently going through treatment to fight lung cancer. We knew as a family this gift would mean the absolute world to her and rightly so it defiantly was just that!
