“After buying my son a Hugo Boss watch, we later encountered problems with a faulty clasp. I followed procedures and contacted Hugo Boss and their service centre Swico. After being past from pillar to post and being messed about for over two and a half months by Hugo Boss and Swico they finally past the buck back to Hilliers. Within 3 minutes of a conversation with Hilliers about a problem that was not their fault they resolved the situation. Hugo Boss / Swico. Please give Hilliers a call for a lesson in Customer service. They have gone above and beyond to keep customer satisfaction and repeat business. Something you don’t deserve. Thank you Hilliers, we will definitely shop with you again. Much appreciated.”

“Amazing!!! Gold photo engraved pendants was here so fast said 3 weeks was just over 1 week was perfect! Tom stayed in contact throughout and just great service and great business!!!!”

“We bought our Son a Hugo Boss watch for his 21st Birthday last year and got it engraved. Hillier's gave us the best deal after looking online and even sorted out the engraving. Delivery is very fast and our Son was really happy with his present. Unfortunately the clasp broke 4 months later and instead of contacting Hillier's our Son took it to H Samuels for repair. To cut a long story short after 2 months the watch still hadn't been fixed and we asked for the watch to be returned to us. We contacted Hillier's and spoke to Tom who advised us that Hugo Boss don't make parts for our Son's watch but he could fit a generetic clasp free of charge. We are really happy with Hillier's customer service and will definately recommended to friends and family and use them again in the future. Keep up the good work.”

“What a great shop Hillier's are, we ordered two pendant photo necklace's from there online site and we had a few questions for them too. They answered us quickly and you could tell the whole business is set up to be warm and friendly. We would have no hesitation in using them again because of this and the very fast, efficient and professional. Great small business!”

“Fantastic service, I had an issue with the Royal Mail delivery and Hilliers were quick to respond and resolve the problem. I ordered a signet ring and it was much nicer than the photos. I would highly recommend.”
