“I cannot praise this company enough. I have had to cancel 1 order before it was dispatched and return one after it was received. Neither of these issues was the fault of Hillier, more due to a very fussy husband, but both times it was a pleasure to speak to the gentleman on the phone, obviously also a watch lover and very knowledgeable about his products, and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased a Seiko Presage for myself (at an excellent price) and will certainly look here first for my next watch.”

“Bought an etched pendant of my recently deceased dad for my mum as a gift for Mother’s Day. It was great quality and brought a tear to everyone’s eye on the day just to see dad’s lovely smile on a personalised piece of jewellery. A sentimental keepsake mum can wear every day”

“I chose a watch, price checked and found Hilliers was significantly cheaper. On their site review ratings were consistently high plus a further 10% "March offer" reduction, a simple order process including asking for links to be removed. Prompt delivery but no links removed and too big to wear. A single phone call, an apology, a very simple (free) returns process, a follow up phone status call and 2 days later it arrived. Delighted customer.”
