“Contacted Hilliers after I went to my local independent Jewellers and was quoted an astronomical price for a 1ct eternity ring. Lewis not only sourced a ring for substantially lower price but ensured it was the correct ring and that the colour of the diamonds would match my existing engagement ring. Something that my overpriced local jewelers failed to even mention let alone address. I now have a engagement ring that perfectly matches my engagement ring but even more important is the correct size. Lewis was a joy to deal with and answered all my unknowledgeable questions with professionalism. He also kept me fully informed re delivery. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hilliers. Many thanks for your excellent service and my lovely ring.”

“Super friendly and super efficient. I needed to amend my online order so telephoned for help. The gentleman I spoke to changed my order with no fuss at all and said my watch would be dispatched that day. It arrived in just 2 days, superbly packed and by registered post. You can’t do better than shop with a well established family business.”

“Product received on time.Was a bit dubious about buying from Hilliers as i'd never heard of them before and i did enquire as to if they were an official retailer.I received a prompt reply from the owner Lewis Hillier confirming that Hilliers are indeed, an official retailer. Based on my dealings with Hilliers i would highly recommend them. I did email Lewis Hillier to thank him for a great watch,it was packaged very well and all the instructions/paperwork/warranty was inside the box.He replied saying he was glad i liked the watch. I think it is nice and courteous to receive a prompt reply from Mr Hillier. It is professional courtesy.I'm happy so 5 stars given. I would deal with this company again without hesitation. Thankyou”
