“Unfortunately I haven't recieved my purchase yet as there is a problem with my delivery. Upon letting Hilliers know they did get in touch very quickly to let me know they are looking into it so I am pleased with that and I'm sure it will be resolved soon”

“Excellent delivery service from Hilliers. I ordered a Boss Watch that I had my eye on as gift for ages and the price I got if for through Hilliers was more than £50 cheaper than other well known retailers. Very impressed and would recommend. Like it even more now I know it's family run too!”

“I don't usually do reviews but on this occasion I was impressed by the level of service I received from Hilliers, in particular from Sue and Lewis. Product knowledge was good although the attaching chain did not have a T bar as described on the phone. Product was delivered without instructions or guarantees but an email to Hillier after hours prompted Lewis to acknowledge and sent instructions and guarantees out by recorded delivery . Service by other members of the shop were polite and helpful Product working well and am pleased with purchase as these were a gift to my sons”

“A well put together website, keen prices and good contact throughout the purchasing process. I was kept informed of the status of my purchase from the beginning and notified of parcel dispatch etc. Delivery was as described, on time and well packed. “Trusting online companies can be difficult in this current climate but I would highly recommend this company. Their service was first class with excellent communication and a very speedy delivery and all for a very competitive price. The jewellery was genuine and far more beautiful in reality as it sparkles in the light. A picture does not do it justice. Excellent experience from start to finish; one very happy customer who will be returning.”
