“Not local to store so ordered online. Best price offered anywhere for this watch model so no hesitation to buy here. Would of liked to purchase over counter as shop reviews were good. Quick and safe despatch, highly recommend”

“I don't usually do reviews but on this occasion I was impressed by the level of service I received from Hilliers, in particular from Sue and Lewis. Product knowledge was good although the attaching chain did not have a T bar as described on the phone. Product was delivered without instructions or guarantees but an email to Hillier after hours prompted Lewis to acknowledge and sent instructions and guarantees out by recorded delivery . Service by other members of the shop were polite and helpful Product working well and am pleased with purchase as these were a gift to my sons”

“A well put together website, keen prices and good contact throughout the purchasing process. I was kept informed of the status of my purchase from the beginning and notified of parcel dispatch etc. Delivery was as described, on time and well packed. “Trusting online companies can be difficult in this current climate but I would highly recommend this company. Their service was first class with excellent communication and a very speedy delivery and all for a very competitive price. The jewellery was genuine and far more beautiful in reality as it sparkles in the light. A picture does not do it justice. Excellent experience from start to finish; one very happy customer who will be returning.”

“After entering an incorrect postcode for the delivery address I contacted Hilliers for assistance. I spoke to two members of staff who were very polite and professional. My error was corrected easily and I received my parcel very quickly, excellent service! I would highly recommend using this company.”

“I had been looking for a ladies puzzle ring for a long time with no luck. Then found Hilliers Jewellers on line and they could make to order. They were very helpful and once ordered it arrived about 4 weeks later. It's perfect. I went on an unexpected holiday and had to contact them about delivery. They held back delivery until i came back. Very helpful business to deal with. Very happy customer!!!”
