Prompt response to enquiry and very efficient salesman. The blinds were fitted perfectly by an expert. No fuss, no mess and very courteous.

i made appointment to be measured for blinds for the next week or so i had a text every day including today easter sunday when i had 2 reminding me re appt i am not stupid so in the end i cancelled appt will find someone not so annoying

I didnt even get to an appt with them before they messed up. Cancelled their appts twice. First time they let me know the day before. The second time, I text the person who was supposed to come to get a time estimate. No reply. Message again. No reply. Call their main number, who in turn call her. Only then do I get a message (after she is now 15min past the due time) saying she’s unwell and went home after her first appt. Fine right? People get ill. Why though did she decide it was fine to ignore all subsequent appts and say nothing, even when prompted? Incompetence which made me realise I will never use them.

Just had blinds fitted and called fitter back today Matt Evan’s who backtracked and told mistruths! The cord broke just after he left and blinds made poorly themselves which he said wasn’t his problem(the manufacturers). He absolutely did not measure correctly and too short! Fitter was running late when fitted them apparently Said he made a special trip from Chester at a good price( really)! He also couldn’t wait to leave and told us to get a refund. Customer service was unbelievably long winded and we await a technical call Saturday, and office so noisy to deal with. Never will recommend

I’d give zero stars if I could. Customer service is awful. The fitter who came to my house measured everything and all was alright. Fitting booked, that’s where the trouble started he never listen, Kevin Ofili, he wouldn’t listen that we did not want the blinds so far forward. Even showed where the old blind had been. But no he couldn’t manage it and drilled and put it close to edge that when the blinds are sideways they stick over the patio window edge. He also never covered new carpet with dust sheet so had dust all in new carpet Customer service were not that helpful they kept asking for the same photo angles and then finally I got to speak to someone who in the end arranged for a second fitter to come and moved the runner to the place we had originally asked. I would not recommend them at all. Yes they fixed the error but could not even accept that the fitter had done anything wrong.

I’ve had 3 blinds fitted, 1 roller, which is fine and 2 Roman, one is very creased and doesn’t go up properly and the second the stitching is very bad. I’ve phoned the chap we dealt three times and I’m still waiting for him to come back to me.

Be Careful – Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service I would strongly advise caution before purchasing from this company. After just 18 months, the curtain poles in my home have already started to deteriorate, with the colour scraping off simply from normal use when opening and closing the curtains. This is not what you would expect from products at this price point. The situation was made worse by customer service. I was told that temporarily removing the curtains to allow for painting — a completely standard and reasonable step — voids the guarantee. This feels highly unreasonable and not in line with normal consumer expectations. I escalated my complaint to senior leadership, hoping for a more reasonable resolution, only to be told that I would need to pay a £48 call-out fee for someone to come out and replace their faulty poles. Being asked to pay extra to fix what is clearly a quality issue is incredibly frustrating. Overall, the quality does not match the premium pricing, and the aftercare has been very disappointing. We chose this company based on its reputation for quality and reliability, which unfortunately has not been our experience. My advice: consider supporting local independent businesses instead. In my experience, they offer better value, better quality, and a far more customer-focused service.

My husband and I were delighted with the support when we had a problem.The company arranged for a visit by one of their staff (Gary Hunter 113096 ). He arrived in the early evening as arranged,was immediately on top of the problem and corrected it.He was helpful,highly competent with a most pleasant manner. We were delighted by his competence and help.

Love Hillary's blinds. A bit pricey but they are fitted with a years guarantee so well worth it. Fitters are very friendly and polite.

I am very happy with the blinds in the kitchen master bedroom and front room, only problem the blind fell down in that room and had to waite for nearly a week to get it fixed, Paul is always very helpful and polite

I am still waiting to hear when my blinds will be available. When i ordered the blinds i was told that they would be fitted on 12th February. I was then informed of the cancellation a few days before. Reason given the order has not been received. The fitter then told me that Head Office would call me. They did not call me initially so i called them and they oromised to loom into it and call back. This they did but i'm still waiting. I'm a little dissapointed wirh this, as they had installed previously and i had mo problems. But for the consveratory blinds i'm very unhappy, i dont even know if i will get them and i have paid the deposit. Not very happy at present
