We’ve been helping our customers create beautiful homes with our made-to-measure blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings for over 50 years.

Choosing the right window treatments can feel overwhelming, but with Hillarys you don't have to worry. When you buy a window dressing from us you can be sure it’s been lovingly finished to the highest standard by our skilled manufacturing team.

Every new design goes through a rigorous testing process that checks it will meet the demands of the average home. If the fabrics don’t meet our standards, they don’t make it into our range. Only the best performing styles should be in your home. It’s as simple as that!

When you book an in-home appointment, your friendly and knowledgeable local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to have a look at, and they’ll work with you to find the right solution for your space. Our team knows all the tricks of the trade, bringing years of experience and expertise right to your doorstep.

They’ll take care of everything, from precise measuring to flawless installation, for a stress-free and stylish finish.

It’s true, from the minute you get in touch to the magical moment you stand back and admire the end result, we’re only happy when you are. “The blind we had fitted does not work as well as the previous one. ie extremely difficult to operate, individual blinds do not close properly, and would expect Hillarys to call and check the problem’s concerned.”

“Adviser arrived on time. Lots of ideas information clearly explained no hard sale. Blinds delivered on time with appointment made for blinds to be fitted. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with end result.”

“Elizabeth the rep brought lots of samples. I was able to choose the shade of wooden slat the best matched my fireplace and furniture. Choice of tapped colours and 2 styles of cord pulls in various coloured metal.The fitted was efficient and quick and tidied up after. He gave advice on looking after the blinds. The only thing that I found negative is the pulls are high up and not easy to reach for someone who has balance and mobility issues. He also told me not to pull on the part with the single string to raise and lower the blind as it may weaken it. To pull the part at the top with more strand of strings but this is not possible without standing on a step as it is at almost ceiling in all blinds! Also how do I wind it around the clear to have them half way up or to clean windows if the single cord is too fragile. Is this a design fault. Why not have all the cords down through the bottom pull. The look is light and airy. Much brighter that heavy curtain piles, blackout curtains and fussy tie backs.”

“Darren was the fitter who helped us. He was really good. He arrived with multiple swatches which allowed us to make a match to our furniture. Unfortunately one of the blinds is not straight at the bottom and we are awaiting help from Darren, hence 4 stars instead of 5 stars.”

“Great product fitted by a helpful team. Sales person visited and measured up with the blind being fitted a few weeks later. Also took the original (scrap) blind away. Compliments have been received about the look and quality of the blind.”
