We’ve been helping our customers create beautiful homes with our made-to-measure blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings for over 50 years.

Choosing the right window treatments can feel overwhelming, but with Hillarys you don't have to worry. When you buy a window dressing from us you can be sure it’s been lovingly finished to the highest standard by our skilled manufacturing team.

Every new design goes through a rigorous testing process that checks it will meet the demands of the average home. If the fabrics don’t meet our standards, they don’t make it into our range. Only the best performing styles should be in your home. It’s as simple as that!

When you book an in-home appointment, your friendly and knowledgeable local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to have a look at, and they’ll work with you to find the right solution for your space. Our team knows all the tricks of the trade, bringing years of experience and expertise right to your doorstep.

They’ll take care of everything, from precise measuring to flawless installation, for a stress-free and stylish finish.

It’s true, from the minute you get in touch to the magical moment you stand back and admire the end result, we’re only happy when you are. In fact, everyone at Hillarys cares about your home as much as you do and we really do take pride in getting it just right, which includes tidying up and leaving your home just as we found it too.

“I am very pleased with the blinds but not pleased that they arrived a week late with no explanation or apology. The apology was left to the unfortunatel fitter, who didd an excellent job.”

“Only 4 stars as one of the blinds had to be reordered as the first wasn’t the right width. The service was excellent, your fitter Keith despite a badly bitten hand, is to be highly recommended. We have blinds before from you and wouldn’t hesitate to use you again.”

“Darren was the fitter who helped us. He was really good. He arrived with multiple swatches which allowed us to make a match to our furniture. Unfortunately one of the blinds is not straight at the bottom and we are awaiting help from Darren, hence 4 stars instead of 5 stars.”

“Have used Hilary’s three times in the past few years. Always had good customer service and the installation of blinds had always gone very smoothly. Perhaps a little expensive but hasn’t put me off them.”

“Graham arrived on time with samples. The choice of material from the samples included the cost range. After measuring and giving advice on the tracks I had already fitted he gave prices for the two windows. They were more than we were prepared to pay for the room which is a very occasional bedroom.”

“I would certainly recommend Hillarys. The representative Lucy was such a lovely person and came round to measure up for curtains. She was very informative and explained everything. The website is easy to negotiate and I could take my time choosing the right fabric and the swatches were delivered the next day! A few weeks later Colin came to hang the curtains. The care and attention taken was phenomenal and he even steamed the curtains once they were hung. They were then tied back for two days to ensure that they hang just right. Excellent work Hillarys.”
