Every new design goes through a rigorous testing process that checks it will meet the demands of the average home. If the fabrics don’t meet our standards, they don’t make it into our range. Only the best performing styles should be in your home. It’s as simple as that!

When you book an in-home appointment, your friendly and knowledgeable local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to have a look at, and they’ll work with you to find the right solution for your space. Our team knows all the tricks of the trade, bringing years of experience and expertise right to your doorstep.

They’ll take care of everything, from precise measuring to flawless installation, for a stress-free and stylish finish.

I am so impressed by the service of Hillarys, from first contact, to the actual fitting, and I strongly feel I got the service I expected. I have a 5 window bay window in my flat and the blinds I had fitted are perfect. Didn't want to loose my stunning views but needed warmth too. Jonathan fitted them and was kind and explained the process well. I felt no pressure at all, and I even decided to have a bathroom blind too. Great service

WORST UK RETAILER EVER - we placed an order on 21st Mar for one window roller blind and are still waiting for it. So basically 10 weeks for a roller blind, and for close to 3 times the price, we were told 3 max 4 weeks. During these 10 weeks I have called the customer service several times, there's always a new excuse .... from missed couriers, operational delays and even petty politics between teams. The only thing they are good is performance marketing, they promptly schedule a call and send a charming designer and once u swipe the credit card then u see the real face. No one ever gives a call back, there's no email communication .... order gets passed on from person to person with each one blaming the others. Staff -both advisors & service execs are very high-handed and rude. I asked for the order to be cancelled but apparently that's not possible because it's already made, so it's made but still not delivered. I have used Hillar's twice before but something has gone massively downhill here. This is a clear sign of a company who's going through some troubles and customers are having to bear the brunt of it . The attitude of the staff, the lies and blame game is not worth it for a piece of white roller blind which you can get easily from hundreds of stores in London. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID , DONT FALL FOR THE CLAIMS IN THEIR ADVERTISING

Awful service. Once they have your money they're gone. Blinds were poorly fitted and they never came back to fix them. Avoid!

Great idea getting electric blinds not very good getting one remote better with 2 one for upstairs,

Excellent service from start to finish. I was unsure of the type of blinds I wanted - or even if I did want blinds! Within the home visit I received a lot of good advice with absolutely no pressure to buy. Fitting was quick and clean and really make a difference to the look and temperature control in my lounge.

I recently had three new blinds fitted. The process was very good from the initial meeting to the installation. Everything went well and I am very happy with my new blinds. I would certainly recommend Hillarys.

I have 2 pairs of curtains which are a lovely quality and cost me £1400 They were fitted promptly but after removing the ties after 7 days I was very disappointed with how they draped The fitter came back and agreed and steamed them again we pointed out that 2 of the curtains did not go back fully and said he come back if we were not satisfied After a few days the curtains seemed to drape better but not closing fully as they should I have phoned and left 2 messages and texted on 2 occasions but no reply Very disappointed with this service ( Mrs Susan Freeman)

The blind we had fitted does not work as well as the previous one. ie extremely difficult to operate, individual blinds do not close properly, and would expect Hillarys to call and check the problem’s concerned.
