We’ve been helping our customers create beautiful homes with our made-to-measure blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings for over 50 years.

Choosing the right window treatments can feel overwhelming, but with Hillarys you don't have to worry. When you buy a window dressing from us you can be sure it’s been lovingly finished to the highest standard by our skilled manufacturing team.

Every new design goes through a rigorous testing process that checks it will meet the demands of the average home. If the fabrics don’t meet our standards, they don’t make it into our range. Only the best performing styles should be in your home. It’s as simple as that!

When you book an in-home appointment, your friendly and knowledgeable local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to have a look at, and they’ll work with you to find the right solution for your space. Our team knows all the tricks of the trade, bringing years of experience and expertise right to your doorstep.

“Elizabeth the rep brought lots of samples. I was able to choose the shade of wooden slat the best matched my fireplace and furniture. Choice of tapped colours and 2 styles of cord pulls in various coloured metal.The fitted was efficient and quick and tidied up after. He gave advice on looking after the blinds. The only thing that I found negative is the pulls are high up and not easy to reach for someone who has balance and mobility issues. He also told me not to pull on the part with the single string to raise and lower the blind as it may weaken it. To pull the part at the top with more strand of strings but this is not possible without standing on a step as it is at almost ceiling in all blinds! Also how do I wind it around the clear to have them half way up or to clean windows if the single cord is too fragile. Is this a design fault. Why not have all the cords down through the bottom pull. The look is light and airy. Much brighter that heavy curtain piles, blackout curtains and fussy tie backs.”

“Craig did my Consultation and fitted my Kitchen blind. He was polite courteous and very helpful when I was choosing the blind giving well knowledged advice. Really pleased with my blind and the service given and regular updates from ordering to the actual fitting. I will definitely use Hillary’s again. Thank you”

“Only 4 stars as one of the blinds had to be reordered as the first wasn’t the right width. The service was excellent, your fitter Keith despite a badly bitten hand, is to be highly recommended. We have blinds before from you and wouldn’t hesitate to use you again.”

“Good friendly service, the man from Hillarys came and showed me a selection of material samples and gave good advise. Especially on the blackout blinds which I needed for my bedroom. A couple of weeks later he returned to fit all blinds for Living room, kitchen and bedroom. The blackout blinds really do the trick, keeping the sun out of the bedroom first thing in the morning. They also keep the room a lot cooler in the summer. All the blinds fitted look great - I'm very happy with them.”

“Fantastic experience, Jo came and helped me to choose curtains and a blind. There are plenty of fabrics to choose from. A few weeks later they were expertly fitted by Barry. I have had many compliments and would definitely use them again. Thank you.”

“I had Alan Deng visit me on the 4th of May chose the the blinds and paid for them, then he left. Finally got an update when they would be fitted and Neil was polite and fitted them they are brilliant love my blinds. Now saving up to get the rest done.”

“The rep Jack was really friendly and helpful, he brought samples of what we said we wanted, and explained the prices, he was not at all pushy. He fitted them on a Sunday for us and was here bright & early because we were having a family bbq and I really wanted them installed beforehand. We are really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Hillarys.”
