“I brought a bracelet for my son birthday present and he wore is for one day indoors and the name has worn of it I took it off straight away looks cheap I just couldn't believe it as I brought of here before kids bracelet for the same son never had a problem with it but sadly it got lost that's why we thought we would get him another one from the same place but not as good this time round I'm not happy with the product.”

“I made a 2-item purchase for my fiance's family member's upcoming birthday. Both arrived together within days of ordering - and this had to cross the ocean. I couldn't be happier with how they look! “I ordered the Torque bangle for my husbands Xmas gift, the bangle is chunky, heavy and great quality, just what he wanted. He did end up wanting to change from the matt silver to high shine. I sent the bangle back and within a day they had polished and sent back to us! The customer service is amazing and very quick. Will definitely use them again.”

“I have always been impressed with the items I have received from Hersey. However the latest purchase was a Birthstone bracelet which I found to be a very fine chain and not sure how long it will last. For £45 I think it should be more substantial. Although I did get a 15% discount which was a special offer!”
