“Bought a chunky dog tag shaped St Christopher for my grandson’s 18th birthday with ball chain. It arrived next day as promised and couldn’t be more pleased. Really good quality and well finished. Only downside was the packaging as the cleaning cloth came separately and was too big to fit in the box so had to buy a gift bag. That said it didn’t detract from the lovely quality of the item and I would certainly recommend and buy from this company again.”

“I am so pleased with my silver napkin rings from Hersey purchased as Christening gifts.. They came in lovely gift wrapped boxes. They are beautifully crafted and I was delighted with the engraving. I am sure my two grandchildren will treasure them for ever.”

“The silver pen that we bought was super. It was the right size, a good weight & the engraving was spot-on. It was delivered within a few days, as promised. It was for our son's 50th Birthday, & he was delighted with it. We were really pleased, too. Well done Hersey. Excellent.”

“Having purchased a much too big bangle I was able to get a swift exchange for an open bangle that would fit better. Fab customer service, no hassle, really helpful and made it really easy to sort. The new bangle is a prefect fit, it’s beautifully crafted and wearable. I didn’t want a ‘special occasion only’ piece but rather something that can be enjoyed daily. I don’t know I’ve got it on- that’s how good it is. Definitely recommend, fast delivery and great communication- huge thanks - one happy customer!!”

“Hersey & Son Silversmiths in London are a marvelous company to deal with, quick to respond and very helpful. This is the second time I have ordered from them and this time it was for 2 Men's Classic Heavy Silver Cuff Bracelets, for two of my nephews, 18th and 21st. The quality is superb; the boys love their cuff bracelets. The gifts were engraved and quickly dispatched, I will continue to use them for special birthday gifts - thank you!”
