“The delivery of the gift I ordered was very swift (and the quality/packaging excellent) but more importantly, I had ordered a pendant with the incorrect font. I rang and spoke to Julia who couldn't have been more helpful, I returned the pendant, received email confirmation that it arrived and a new one was sent out the same day direct to the recipient. Brilliant service - wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use Hersey again!”
