“The quality of the chain and cross was excellent, as was the buying experience - easy to order and it was delivered within a few days. It came nicely presented in a box with a cloth for keeping the cross shiny. Very happy indeed.”

“The customer service is outstanding. I ordered the soft edge cross as a christening gift. The item is of outstanding quality and beauty. I noticed that the item I had received had been very slightly off centre where the ring that the chain passes through was not soldered on perfectly straight to the cross. I mentioned this in an email and was advised that a replacement was being sent out to arrive the next day with a return label for the faulty item. Although you could say the first item was faulty (I am extremely picky), the service to rectify was second to none. I will definitely be using Hersey again. When I compare the product I received to those in high street jewellers, the quality is far superior.”
