“I have ordered embroidered silver cufflinks for my husband. Cufflinks look great and the order was dispatched within 5days which was excellent. The writing in cufflinks was smaller then I expected and I would have definitely preferred to go for bigger size. Shame I didn’t get a proof of it during or after my order, even in the style of the characters. For the cost I paid, I would expect to have this function and choice.”

“Really lovely and prompt service. Would buy from you again but was disappointed with the price I paid and I had to fix some marks on the necklace. Still not resolved however it was little bit better with silver cleaner. They did offer to polish it again for me but by the time I’m done with my shifts I wouldn’t get back in time for my partners birthday. However overall I’m happy and the engraving was A* Thanks guys”

“Lovely Sterling Silver cuff links with excellent engraving, traditional yet with a modern look. Excellent service, quick delivery and wonderful presentation. Only downside was I thought they would be slightly bigger. Still very pleased I decided to get them though.”

“The necklace was pretty but it was for a 21st gift and it came in a box which was completely squashes and flattened so a bit underwhelmed by the presentation.”

“The silver earrings were a gift - the recipient loved them. Ordering was simple and the package was received by me within 2 days. Sadly, the wrong earrings but after a quick phone call the correct ones were dispatched that same day and received by me the next day. Good service.”

“The Bangle I bought for my daughter was on time and as described in the advert, I had it engraved and apart from it being a bit rough to the touch the engraving and the names are as ordered”

Thank you for your comments, Laurie. We use a diamond tipped tool for all our engraving which gives a long lasting result. It can feel a little rough at first but will quickly become smooth with wear. It can help to rub the inside of the bracelet with a lint free cloth.
