“The silver earrings were a gift - the recipient loved them. Ordering was simple and the package was received by me within 2 days. Sadly, the wrong earrings but after a quick phone call the correct ones were dispatched that same day and received by me the next day. Good service.”

“The Bangle I bought for my daughter was on time and as described in the advert, I had it engraved and apart from it being a bit rough to the touch the engraving and the names are as ordered”

Thank you for your comments, Laurie. We use a diamond tipped tool for all our engraving which gives a long lasting result. It can feel a little rough at first but will quickly become smooth with wear. It can help to rub the inside of the bracelet with a lint free cloth.

“Great item. Well made and of good quality. But... the item was poorly secured in the packaging. Upon opening, the chain had three knots in it. It took me over an hour and the patience of a saint to undo the knots. Other than that, very pleased.”

“Very nice item but the dog tag pendant positioned directly on the chain has a tendency to always want to turn round therefore showing the side that is not engraved 😒”
