“My chain and pendant arrived in a very short amount of time which was great, it also arrived in good quality packaging. The pendant itself and the chain look great ! My only complaint is that he pendant arrive with some sort of dirt on it which wouldn’t rub off so please let me know if there is some way to get rid of it. Otherwise no complaints and would definitely recommend this product!”

“I purchased the cufflinks as a 21st birthday present for my grandson. While loving the Tree of Life design I was a trifle disappointed that the engravings I had ordered were so tiny I needed a magnifying glass to view them !”

“Unfortunately, the silver bangle I ordered was unsuitable but the company delivered it extremely quickly and accepted the return without any problem. As the item had been engraved, this did surprise me and I thought they were very fair. The refund was also quickly organised and I would have no hesitation in buying again if the right item was available. I often think it is how companies treat customers at such times that their true standards show and I think Herseys were excellent in this respect.”

“I was impressed by their quick responses and customer relations. Having placed an order for an engraved tooth box on a Friday. I received a box the next day - unfortunately the wrong one. Having informed them of the error, I received the correct item on the Wednesday. The item supplied was exactly what I wanted and expected.”

“Have only had a glimpse of it because it is all wrapped up ready to go for a Christmas present but I am sure that it is a beautiful piece, if there was a problem I know that I could get in touch and it will be rectifies but I don't expect that to happen.”

“Very good quality- bought my fiancé a bangle in M/L but when it arrived it was far too big for him, & as I had it engraved I couldn’t return so I took it to my local jewellers to have it re sized. When chatting to the assistant she said the small would have been too big for his wrist too.... not sure If anyone else has had this problem. His wrist is of a norma size. Overall the quality & customer service is amazing- just double check the sizing before you buy.”
