“The silver cuff we ordered as a gift for our daughter is just what we wanted. I can't thank the Hersey staff enough - their customer service is outstanding. I wanted something particular engraved on the cuff and was struggling to provide the right artwork, but Julia was very patient and eventually, we got it sorted. The cuff was delivered the next day, beautifully engraved, in time for it to be given on our daughter's birthday.”
