“Hello. I ordered and paid kids bracelet, as a NY present for my son. Few weeks after I got a message from DHL delivery, that they already 11 years didn’t deliver to Russian individuals., and they return the box back. After that Your manager told, that it’s not their problem and “as a good will” they will return money for bracelet and for delivery. They even can’t organize another delivery company. Such a pity experience with Your company I was so disappointed.”
