“I Initially received a courtesy call after ordering to say my order would be a little delayed due to staffing. I was asked if this would be acceptable (which it was, although I was given the option to cancel my order had it not been). The call was very much appreciated. My order was still received within a few days. The Irish silver sixpence cufflinks ordered for my partner were exactly what I was looking for and beautifully made. I would absolutely recommend this company to others. 10/10 for product and price, ease of online purchase and superb customer service.”

“I was looking for a silver wedding anniversary present for my husband and stumbled across this website. I found the perfect present (a silver chip fork) which reminder me of how we met which was a blind date where he offered me a chip on a wooden one. Hersey offered an engraving service which was good as I could get his offer of a chip on it. Delivery was quick and I am over the moon with the quality of the item and the packaging provided. Can't wait to see my husband's face when I give this to him. Would recommend this company to all my friends and family and also use them again. Thank you.”

“This was as close to matching an exisiting napkin ring, 31 years old, as we could find, and was a gift for our new daughter-in-law. The service was efficient, the ring itself is lovely and the engraving matches that on our son's ring. All in all we are thrilled, as are they!”
