“I have used Hersey twice now for personalised family gifts. Each time the customer service has been excellent. Prompt, helpful and friendly. “I bought a silver ID bracelet engraved to indicate a medical condition. Ordered one day and arrived the next , amazing service. It is a beautiful bracelet ideal for my purpose as I didn’t want anything that overtly stood out as a medical bracelet made from stainless steel. It is a lovely piece of jewellery”

“I ordered a christening gift at short notice and received it very quickly. It was also beautifully engraved also within this short time frame. I was doubly pleased. To top it all I have received it in lovely wrapping paper, in a gift pouch and in a box. So a perfect gift. I am very pleased with it indeed. thank you.”
