“Wanted a silver napkin hook but they were out of stock. I contacted the company & asked if they were getting any more in. Had a reply next day to say they would be back in stock in a few days. Sure enough, when checking website a few days later, the hook was back in stock. I ordered it, including engraving. Item came quickly & I am happy with it. It's a quality item & the engraved initial is just what I wanted. Also, feel the price was very reasonable. I did a lot of looking around on the internet for a silver napkin hook & this one was very competitive compared to others.”
