“I ordered the letter C for my girlfriend to wear as a necklace. The C keeps getting tangled in the metal loop it’s linked too. Really poor design. Takes us about 20 minutes to untangle every day. Really dissapointed. Could easily be solved by making the linked ring part smaller so it doesn’t have the space to get tangled on the inside of the C. Please contact me directly as I cannot find any contact information and I’m not happy with this purchase. Even just to re-order with a smaller link so that it doesn’t get tangled.”
