“I needed a Drayton wireless receiver. I am confident in using such sites as Amazon but wanted to avoid them and never confident about using an unknown company on-line. However the service from Heating Controls Online was Excellent. Communication was easy and friendly and the item was dispatched immediately. Within two days (standard economy postage) I received the item and within 20 minutes the heating was up and running again. You should feel confident in dealing with this company as I would be should a need arise.”

“A very quick and efficient service at a good price. Needed an LP722 central heating timer/programmer just as I was about to have a new boiler fitted and checked the web of course. 'HCOL' offered at a very good price with a low cost 'click/collect' service whereby I could collect locally. I was able to collect it with 2 days - brilliant! My thanks to them for such a good price and service, coupled with an easy order web site.”

“I ordered a Drayton 3-port diverter valve from this company which arrived the next day. I had been told by several suppliers that the part for my combi boiler (Worcester Highflow 3.5) was obsolete and that I needed a new boiler, but a little research showed that this valve would do the job. It's now fitted (the whole job took about 2 hours from start to finish) and working perfectly - I would say better than the original ever did. It's a quality product from an excellent supplier. I cannot fault the service provided, right down to being able to track online the arrival of my package to within 15 minutes! An excellent supplier that everyone should use. Thank you!”

“Very reasonable price with easy local collection point. Delivery was quick but delivery tracking informed me it was ready to collect at 15.17 when in fact it was not delivered to after 17.00 hrs. which caused me 2 extra wasted journeys.”
