“I ordered a Drayton 3-port diverter valve from this company which arrived the next day. I had been told by several suppliers that the part for my combi boiler (Worcester Highflow 3.5) was obsolete and that I needed a new boiler, but a little research showed that this valve would do the job. It's now fitted (the whole job took about 2 hours from start to finish) and working perfectly - I would say better than the original ever did. It's a quality product from an excellent supplier. I cannot fault the service provided, right down to being able to track online the arrival of my package to within 15 minutes! An excellent supplier that everyone should use. Thank you!”

“Very reasonable price with easy local collection point. Delivery was quick but delivery tracking informed me it was ready to collect at 15.17 when in fact it was not delivered to after 17.00 hrs. which caused me 2 extra wasted journeys.”

“The on line order for a Honeywell V4034H1056 Motorised valve was competitively priced and processed without delay. I placed the order at approx. noon on Friday 2nd Oct 2015 and received acknowledgement of same at 13.49 hrs on the same day quoting a delivery date of Tues. 6th Oct. A further e.mail arrived at 16.03 hrs detailing a order tracking facility. The goods arrived as promised, on time and caused no inconveniece to me as tracking data/time of arrival provided was so accurate . A very impressive service which I will not hesitate to use should the need arise.”

“Unable to get an invoice out of them despite contacting them repeatedly. They only appear to send invoices via a confirmation e-mail and this never arrived in my mailbox despite me turning off all spam control etc. They appear unable to e-mail an invoice via other means or to post one.”

We re-sent the invoice 3 times to your email, and they we accepted by your self-managed server. Unfortunately what happens on your server after this point is not in our control. We sent you a copy via post, but you have written this review before giving it any chance for it to arrive.
