“This is a great company to deal with. I ordered a part on line and it was delivered within 2 working days. Part proved to be faulty and had to be returned for replacement. The returns process was easy and very well explained. Heating Controls sent an e mail with full instructions and use free post for the return so there was no cost to me. I posted the faulty part on Tuesday and the replacement was with me on Friday. Fitted and now all working. Really good service and excellent systems and products at a very competitive price.”
