“Having recently purchased some heating controls and installed them, it became apparent that one of the components had a manufacturing fault. After a short telephone conversation with the service team the defective item was sent back and another replacement item sent by return post and at no additional cost to me. Great service with no fuss. It has been a pleasure doing business.”
