“Excellent service. They have a very good mobile friendly website, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. The items were at a very good price. The site was clear and friendly to order online. Using UPS click and collect I was able to get the parts quickly and cheaply. Would I use them again, or recommend them, Damn RIght, Thanks Heating Controls Online”

“I needed to replace my old Drayton wall stat and radio link receiver which had stopped working despite my having replaced a capacitor in the receiver. A quick call to the technical department at Drayton established the compatible update, which Heating Controls Online had in stock at a competitive price. The 'click and collect' delivery via UPS to our local deli worked a breeze; delivery was next day with a notification from UPS when the goods had been delivered. Installation was straightforward. The central heating is again up and running just in time for the cold weather approaching. Great service.”
