“Excellent customer service and very prompt delivery. I had to return 2 out of 3 of my orders as it was difficult to ascertain the exact part requiring replacement to rectify my hot water fault. It was indeed 3rd time lucky and the refunds on my returns were also dealt with promptly and efficiently. I had to speak with one of the sales team prior to placing one of the orders who also proved very helpful and patient. I highly recommend Heating Online as a professional business with competitive pricing.”

“Excellent service. They have a very good mobile friendly website, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. The items were at a very good price. The site was clear and friendly to order online. Using UPS click and collect I was able to get the parts quickly and cheaply.
