“I needed to replace a Potterton EP3000 controller that was obsolete, for which Heating Controls website recommended an EP2. As the site ensured me that the fitting was as simple as unclicking the original and clicking in the new version and their price proved very competitive I placed an order. I received an immediate email acknowledgement and updates confirming the date and time on the delivery, and they maintained the promises they made. And as for the fitting, just 2 minutes and my boiler was back in service. I will certainly make use of Heating Controls again and recommended them in the future.”

“bought this actuator for 3 way water valve for underfloor heating system and when it was delivered 2 days after ordering it was just a case of popping in back on the water valve and wiring it up. I did have a bit of a problem with the securing clips as they broke, but slipped the ones from the old valve and they fitted fine. System back working perfectly again, thanks for the prompt service. The part was replacing one which had been on the system for 20 years and I did not considered looking for cheaper or different parts best go to replace the original. Ged Gourlay, Dundee”
