“bought this actuator for 3 way water valve for underfloor heating system and when it was delivered 2 days after ordering it was just a case of popping in back on the water valve and wiring it up. I did have a bit of a problem with the securing clips as they broke, but slipped the ones from the old valve and they fitted fine. System back working perfectly again, thanks for the prompt service. The part was replacing one which had been on the system for 20 years and I did not considered looking for cheaper or different parts best go to replace the original. Ged Gourlay, Dundee”

“Good range of motorised valves in stock so I could find an exact replacement for an old, obsolete model. Would have liked it to have been a bit cheaper to buy, though it was still much cheaper here than anywhere else. Delivery charge was typical for next day service, and it arrived as promised. Can't comment on customer service as I didn't need to get in touch after placing the order, and am really pleased with the product so hopefully won't be needing to send it back anytime soon. Recommended.”

“Had a problem fitting Honeywell HR 92 valve to existing TRV body. Honeywell unable to help or the supplier that supplied my Evohome system. contacted HCO and they suggested a possible adaptor. These fitted perfectly, unfortunately one of the brass pins was missing but a replacement arrived in a couple of days. I found HCO to be very knowledgeable and helpful, would definitely recommend.”

“On three occasions I've purchased replacement parts for my central heating system installed originally in 1982 utilising motorised controls manufactured by Satchwell having code number appropriate at that time. This supplier has a superb web site with images and full details, which enables a customer to research the latest code number for the original 1980's component, and order "an identical component replacement part" with confidence that it will be suitable. “I ordered several Honeywell radiator thermostat heads to replace the originals that were over 10 years old. They were easy to replace and fitted the old valves perfectly. Delivery was very quick and the courier provided a 1 hour time window so that I knew when to be at home.”
