“Replaced Danfuss 4033 central heating and hot water programmer, for same model that had been in operation since 1986. The new model works well but the switches that operate Timer - Off - On do not appear as robust as the switches on the original timer.”

“I ordered a replacement old fashion heating timer , which unfortunately was new but defective , but it was replaced in five days , and would have been 3 if I needed it . Good response from their defects replacement team. No hastle and no extra costs”

“Delivery ,was prompt, unfortunately wrong spare part, perhaps we ordered incorrect. Perhaps you made the mistake, it was only a smal difference in number. Out plumber tore off and disposed of all wrappings, etc. so we could not return it. The plumber than went out and got the replacement elsewhere.”

“A problem with your heating system in the winter is not good. I discovered the cause, found the part, ordered in the morning, delivered the following morning, heating fixed by lunchtime. Couldn't be better.”

“Prompt delivery of product and helpful responses to questions about it before and after order and delivery. A good product ( wireless programmable thermostat and receiver) which functions efficiently. Rather complicated for the novice to set up. The guidance info is provided but might be a little more accessible to the non-expert user.”

“Ordered Honeywell ST9400C on Friday 12 February, Arrived on Monday 15th during allotted 1 hour delivery slot. Replacement for 25 year old Honeywell programmer, had to change base but followed installation instructions and new programmer was soon up and running. Brilliant service, great price.”

“I purchased a new thermostat with receiver after ours failed for the second time, needing to save money I found from looking on this site the last time someone came out to fix or fit a new wi-fi thermostat we were charged well over £120 just to fit it and that had no wiring. This time we decided to go for a better hopefully more reliable make with good reviews. I was slightly worried about the wiring to the boiler but after reading the instructions which were thorough it turned out simple to fit and wonderful bit of kit. The best news being the two parts cost £90 less than my last bill for fitting and supplying the wi-fi only part of a far less reliable make. One very happy customer.”
