Terrible service from this company. We chose them because they offered next day delivery. The delivery was not even attempted the next day, finally turned up 5 days later...imagine how fresh the bouquet was by then! Couldn't contact them by phone and very very scarse and completely unhelpful contact via email. They just would not reply to our queries or try to help
