“The ervice and flowers were excellent my disappointment was that Royal Mail was used and the flowers left on the front door step in direct sun on a very hot day despite instructions to leave in shade inside side garden gate. Fortunately the occupiers arrangements had again changed and she was at home so flowers were saved.”
