The flowers and chocolates were much appreciated but communications were poor and the sender was not told when the gift had been delivered. It was a very hot day and it would have been good to know that the flowers had been delivered safely into the recipient's hands. i have no idea whether the delivery was on time or who made the delivery!

Ordered flowers for a female relatives birthday. Haute florist website had plenty of options to choose from and in different price ranges. Something for everyone. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. My relative will have at least a week to enjoy them, which is really important.

It’s the first time I have used Haute Florist and I will definitely use them again. I was ordering from the USA, and the process was extremely easy. Flowers arrived on time and my mother said she had never seen a more beautiful bouquet of flowers (I ordered peonies) she was brought to tears. She refuses to throw them out until the last petal has dropped. Thank you Haute for making her Mother’s Day

I hate to say it but I was not impressed with the £36 bouquet I sent to my Mum. I was disappointed when they arrived because of the lack of fullness however i said I should wait until they open to judge them. To my surprise they were beautiful when they opened and therefore I was satisfied with the lack of fullness as advertised on the website, but then they died very quickly which was very disappointing. They lasted two days.

Beautiful flowers and amazingly quick delivery. I was worried it wouldn’t get there int time as with other services it says next day and it doesn’t meant it. Not with Haute, now will use them again if I need a reliable service with quality flowers.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my Son and Daughter-in-law really so pleased with them. An anniversary gift in memory of their beautiful daughter - our granddaughter who sadly passed. The flowers arrived on time, good value for money - beautiful.

Order flower on International Mother’s Day, never received any delivery information from order confirmation, sent email to CS, got automatic reply address issue, no delivery information until 22:00, my neighbour knocked door and handover to me. Next day, cs replied me already delivered and gave me the delivery information and tracking number… I dont know why cant send the tracking information to customer… it is very disappointed !!!

I ordered from Haute for a very special occasion. My grandmother’s 100th birthday. The flowers came on time, beautifully fresh and are still going strong a week later. Worth every penny.

Letterbox deliver arrived one day late. We appreciate with Royal Mail this can happen and it is indicated in the small print. However the disappointment and upset was the extreme poor state of the flower on arrival. Half the flowers were dead and the other half in very poor health. This was a birthday present and so very disappointing to us all. To add to insult your customer service team only acknowledged there was a slight problem with the quality and suggested a £10 off my account towards my next order. The least they should have done was to send a full refund or to resend the flowers . An absolute disgraceful service snd response and total disrespect for the customer.I will never buy from this company again.
