Ordered a bouquet for mothers day for my mum. Looking at the reviews I was scared that the flowers would arrive dead and appalling however my mum and I were really chuffed with the bouquet! Very happy customer! ☺️

Box badly damaged. Some of the roses looked very brown on the petal edges, and well past their best. As an experienced flower arranger I would not have purchased this bunch of flowers from a shop. So disappointing when they were a Mother’s Day gift.

Yes, love this florist. Flowers are always delivered in beautiful wrapping and in excellent condition. They also seem to last for ages.

Me and my sisters bought some flowers for my Nan for Mother’s Day, my Nan received them whilst I was with her, the flowers looked nothing like the picture that was advertised, I could have got a better and bigger arrangement in a shop, I contacted Haute with photos and they replied stating that their didn’t look to be anything wrong with the bouquet we was sent. They offered my a £10 credit which I declined as I won’t be using the company again!

Have used a couple times now for an elderly friend. She's been quite poorly lately, but I knew that she adored flowers, haute has certainly not let me down! She has loved them thank you.

WOW, this team is a treasure. I was gifted some crypto by my ex-boyfriend about 10 years ago, this was my first cryptocurrency. I became more interested in 2020 when I had over $100,000 in crypto assets, I enjoyed the financial transformation I enjoyed through its profits, and this is the moment I became a cryptocurrency enthusiast. In 2022, I made some crypto investments through a website link I saw on Facebook with the feeling of knowing all that has to do with crypto while I was falling for a scam in the process. About $211,000 was on the verge of being taken away from me when I couldn’t gain access to my crypto asset. I made adequate consultation through channels I presume would be of help, I was made to pay thousands of dollars to regain access to my account which I discovered was another channel to take money from me! While I was dealing with this series of scams, I was having the most unusual conversation with a friend whom I shared my ordeal with, he casually mentioned a team who could help to recover my asset, and I was unphased when that was said. Two weeks later, we met at lunch and asked if I had followed up with the team, I answered ‘no’. She walked me to my car after lunch, and when I was about to close my door, she said I should try out the team suggested. The team’s email was sent to me the following morning and I followed through, a few hours later I got a reply! A few details were asked regarding my stolen crypto asset and within a week all of that was recovered!!! I couldn’t hide my joy over the phone when I shared the news with my friend, ‘you did this, thank you!!!’ was all I could say to my friend at the other end of the phone. I was overwhelmed, never thought a team could be as effective as the HACKSPEDITOUS team. This was one of my 2023 highlights, with just an email, I was able to recover my lost crypto asset which I have almost given up on. Ever since, I can’t do but share this good news with everyone I can, never can tell if it can be of help to anyone out there. Ordered next day delivery flowers and still not arrived, apparently in transit with Royal Mail. Complained and was informed that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed due to third party courier services …. In that case do not offer and advertise a next day service!!!! If I has known that I would have ordered from a company that does deliver on what is advertised

My daughter paid £70 for a mother's day bouquet to be delivered today. Received it and I was so disappointed, the flowers was falling apart, orchards was missing, it's was a half dead bunch of flowers, yet you advertise as the Epitome of luxury flowers. She called to speak to someone, could not speak to a manager or get the issue sorted. Really poor customer service . I would love to publish my photos of the awful flowers but your website doesn't have and options for attachments. I really disappointed and would not recommend any of my friends and colleagues to shop with you !!!

Stunning flowers, lovingly created and invisibly bound to keep the shape. Unusual flowers and vivid colours . Bought for my mum who was bold over, delivered efficiently and in lovely packaging.

On the day they arrived 3 roses were already dying and others were wilting. Bouquet definitely not worth £54. Disappointing on my wife's 60th birthday.
